Client Success Manager Caitlin Aldrich is an excellent addition to the SBC team. She brings 12 years of management experience in addition to owning and operating her own small business specializing in vinyl signs, screen printing, and graphic design. Caitlin prides herself on being highly organized and persevering to complete even the most difficult tasks; she genuinely loves helping others succeed and will go above and beyond to ensure her client's happiness. Caitlin's work ethic and personable and outgoing personality are much like a quote from her favorite show, 'The Office.' "The only time I set the bar low is for limbo."
Outside work, Caitlin spends most of her time with her husband and their two daughters, Ally and Norah. In addition to being an active volunteer at her daughters' school, she also coaches two soccer teams and is the House League Coordinator for the Alden Soccer Club.
