An enthusiastic and determined individual, Administrative Specialist, Ciarra Hyman brings ten years of customer service experience and 5+ years of social media marketing and content creation to SBC. She is passionate about ensuring clients are satisfied and creating trustworthy relationships with the common goal of client success. A born-and-raised Bills fan, she moved back to Buffalo from South Carolina recently to raise her son, Ayden James. No matter the challenges life throws at her, Ciarra maintains a positive attitude, always knowing that no mountain is too big to overcome. Having been in remission from Hodgkin's lymphoma, Ciarra never takes life for granted and loves appreciation for the little things. When she isn't spending quality time with her family or hiking, Ciarra enjoys exploring the world around her - recently taking an adventurous road trip with her fiancé from LA to Seattle!
