Being the operations manager at SBC keeps Kristin Myers on her toes. As the go-to person responsible for maintaining the team coherency, she is an essential key to our success.
Born and raised in Western New York, Kristin graduated from Trocaire College with a medical billing and office management degree. With 20 years of small business management experience and customer-oriented dedication, she is an excellent asset to SBC and our clients. Wearing several hats over the years, Kristin has worked in construction and trade operational management, bookkeeping, construction safety, human resources and compliance, insurance renewals and audits.
Organization and planning continue outside the office, where Kristin spends her weekends entertaining and hosting parties. Most weekends, you can find Kristin and her husband and their four children clad in red and blue, surrounded by family and friends cheering on the Buffalo Bills. She also volunteers with her church spearheading several support groups.
